Basic shared jest preset

## How to use

**Install package**

`yarn install @codeplant-de/jest-config`

**Create a jest config file extending preset in your preferred flavor**

```javascript
const buildConfig = () => ({
  preset: '@codeplant-de/jest-config',
  testEnvironment: 'node', // or 'jsdom'
})

module.exports = buildConfig()
```
