# engine9-packet-tools
Tools for reading, writing, and management Engine9 style packets.

The engine9-packet-tools are utilities for iterating through
records, appending statistics and other files into packet files.
It supports files and s3 files for streaming, but otherwise does not implement put and retrieving files from remote locations.
