## Module for communicating with SpacePumpkin's proxy network

Syntax is identical to `node-fetch` with the exception of:

`opts` only recognises:

+ `opts.method`
+ `opts.url`
+ `opts.body`
+ `opts.headers`

Call `setManagerUrl` to change the proxy manager url or set it via `MANAGER_URL` in process enviornment variables
