**tips**

- all starts with `--`
- no boolean like `--foo=true` use `--foo` or `--no-foo`
- supports string array `--filter=pkg/* --filter=ext/*` returns `{filter: ['pkg/*', 'ext/*']}`
- after `--` will save to `__`
- the same key overwrites the previous one, excepts for string
