Node.js 0.8.0 and newer provides this functionality out of the box on the
native buffer object (`Buffer.concat`). If you rather this module work as a
[polyfill](https://remysharp.com/2010/10/08/what-is-a-polyfill), you can require
it as such: `require('buffer-concat/polyfill')`. Doing so will make sure that
`Buffer.concat` works no matter what version of Node.js you are using.

var b1 = new Buffer('Hello');
var b2 = new Buffer(' world');
var b3 = Buffer.concat([b1, b2]);
console.log(b3.toString());
