# component-validator

Validate a `component.json` and normalize its values.
This tries to be lenient by fixing any issues and logging instead of throwing, though throwing may be more appropriate.

## API

### validate(json, [options])

- `json` - the contents of a `component.json`.
- `options` - an object with the following properties:
  - `filename` - the path of the `component.json` for logging
  - `verbose` <true> - print the log messages to `stderr`
