Druid starter-kyt default configuration
=======================================

This module is included in package.json of new Kyt projects by
[druid-kyt-starter](https://github.com/druidfi/druid-kyt-starter).
It contains default configuration overrides over kyt defaults, independent of
and overridable by site-specific configuration.

What is being modified?
-----------------------

Currently, this module is able to modify

  * Webpack configuration, see lib/makeModifyWebpackConfig.js
  * Jest configuration, see lib/makeModifyJestConfig.js

How are settings being modified?
--------------------------------

Webpack and Jest configuration are modified by providing a function that wraps
user `modifyWebpackConfig` and `modifyJestConfig`. These wrapper functions are
constructed by factory functions accepting the whole user configuration, allowing
