# FF Cloudformation Generator

CLI for generating cloud formation templates.

## Installation

Use the node package manager [npm](https://www.npmjs.com/) to install it.

```bash
npm install -g ff-cloudformation-gen
```

Or even better use [yarn](https://yarnpkg.com/en/) to install it.

```bash
npm install -g ff-cloudformation-gen
```

## Generating fargate services

To start generating cloud formation template for fargate services you can use the CLI. Setting the type option to "fargate"

johnn@ff:~$ ff-cloudformation-gen --type fargate --file ./fargateConfiguration.json --output template.json

```
To generate the template the CLI would need a configuration file
