geo-position

A thin wrapper around browsers' geoposition apis.

Usage

var getPosition = require('geo-position');

getPosition(function (err, pos) {
  if (err) throw err;
  console.log(pos);
  // => { longitude: 10.33334, latitude: -2.4421 ... }
});

API

getPosition(fn(err, pos))

Request the current geposition and call fn with the possible error - caused e.g. by permission conflicts or hardware problems - and the current position.

Installation

With npm do

$ npm install geo-position

Then bundle for the client using browserify.
