> Handlebars helpers to work for both, markdown and html output.

## Purpose

This library solves a common problem for me:

Writing documentation in (GitHub flavored) markdown with extended markdown syntax, which can then be used in a nice formatted way in Html, but at the same time a GitHub markdown compliant output should be generated.

## Installation

Install with [npm](https://www.npmjs.com/)

```bash
npm install handlebars-hybrid --save
```

## Usage

```js
var Handlebars = require( 'handlebars' );
var hbHybrid = require('helper-hybrid');
// enable the html path
hbHybrid.init( 'html' ).register( Handlebars, {} );
// or enable the markdown path
hbHybrid.init( 'markdown' ).register( Handlebars, {} );
```

<!--## API-->
<!-- add a path or glob pattern for files with code comments to use for docs -->
<!--{%= apidocs("./lib/test.js") %}-->

## Running tests

Install dev dependencies:

```sh
$ npm i -d && npm test
```
