### 使用

xiangqian.formatTime([log]);
```

> ​ true： => 直接返回时间格式输出结果 （默认值是 true,可用 1 代替 true）
>
> ​ xiangqian.formatTime()
>
> ​ false：=> 不输出结果，返回一个字符串，需要常量来接收 （可用 0 代替 false）

### eg：

// 无输出
