The prebuilt `snomed-ecl-engine` executable for macOS arm64.

Install [snomed-ecl-engine](https://www.npmjs.com/package/snomed-ecl-engine)
instead: it selects this package on macOS arm64 and runs the executable. The
executable is built from [the repository](https://github.com/EddieDavison92/snomed-ecl-engine)
by its release workflow and published with provenance.

MIT licensed. SNOMED CT is not included and is licensed separately.
