THAI_ADDRESS_TH_EN

เป็น Libery ที่ทำขึ้นเพื่อให้สามารถดึงข้อมูล จังหวัด อำเภอและตำบล ของประเทศไทยมาใช้ได้ทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ

วิธีใช้

 - เรียก provinces
 
 ```

  - เรียก district
  ```
