#### 什么是脚手架

cli 翻译过来是 command line interface
脚手架本身就是一个命令行工具，通过这个工具我们可以通过简单的命令交互来实现我们想要实现的功能。
一般的使用方法：
vue command [options] <params>；工具名 指令名 可选选项 参数。
如：vue create --version mode=development

#### 脚手架的执行原理

1. 在终端输入对于的指令。
2. 终端解析出 vue 命令。
3. 在环境变量中找到 vue 命令。
4. 根据指令存储的地址匹配到对应的可执行文件。
5. 终端利用 node 执行对应的可执行文件。
6. 解析命令行传入的参数，执行完毕退出。
