one of the challenges of trying to be a good comedy writer is that youre not going to find a lot of people who are great comics. youre not going to find a lot of people who have the kind of training and experience that you want to have. youre not going to find a lot of people who have a portfolio of work or anything like that. youre going to find a lot of people who are trying to get started, and thats the challenge.
