waves v3 rack is a key rack control system for waves plugins. it is the successor to waves rack, and it includes many improvements. it provides 16x16 patch labels, that can be used for routing. routes can be configured through a sub menu, or by a key command. routes can also be reversed by using the flags "r" or "a" and/or "s". the road is distributed in two parts, one windows and one linux. i recommend that users install the windows folder only. to install the patches as a plugin bundle, use the soft files available for download. with this method, the installed plugins are automatically activated when the patch window loads. the patches are made using automator, and they are written in c, c++, vb, python and xcode. as a side note, all of the patches included here also work in v1. download the mod of waves v3 rack from here


waves, if you are going to do this keep it up, it is a good thing. the question is if you will be able to keep it going. i have been using waves plugins for years now and you do know i get free updates. i would never have bought the new versions if the old ones worked just fine. and, i have a copy of the new version without paying for it. that way i can always use it.


this is why i think that if the plugin companies do not allow for the plugins to be updated and work in future versions, the plugins will die. i understand why they do it. as people buy plugins, they know that they will only get one shot. and in this day and age of everything online, i have little patience. i won't pay for something i know i will never use. i would rather not have to buy it at all. 84d34552a1
