All methods return a Promise and resolve after some simulated latency of a few hundred milliseconds.

Returns a single Todo object or null;

Basic filtering is implemented for API methods that return arrays. The filter object allows filterings on any of the top-level object properties via a small set of operators. Below is a contrived example of a filter object:

Filter Operators
$eq: returns for properties that are strictly equal (===) to the value. This is case sensitive$neq: returns for properties that are strictly NOT equal (!==) to the value. This is case sensitive$lt: "less than", returns if the value is<e.g.4 < 5$lte: "less than or equal to", returns if the value is<=e.g.5 <= 5$gt: "greater than", returns if the value is>e.g.5 > 6$gte: "greater than or equal to", returns if the value is>=e.g.5 >= 5
