The plugin upgrade has been done to fit with Java version 11 and 8.2.3 Plugin development template has been forked from https://github.com/NativeScript/plugin-seed

Changes done

• Upgrade of tsbackgroundfetch.aar library to fit target sdk version 31 and Java 11.
• Upgrade of nativescript libraries and webpack modules to version 8

Usage

Note: This plugin is upgraded only for Android. It will not work with IOS. Same as mentioned in https://github.com/transistorsoft/nativescript-background-fetch/blob/master/README.md
