Lotide
A mini clone of the Lodash library.
Purpose
BEWARE: This library was published for learning purposes. It is not intended for use in production-grade software.
This project was created and published by me as part of my learnings at Lighthouse Labs.
Usage
Install it:
npm install @akhilathota/lotide
Require it:
const _ = require('@username/lotide');
Call it:
const results = _.tail([1, 2, 3]) // => [2, 3]
Documentation
The following functions are currently implemented:
assertArraysEqual
: This function checks if two objects are equal or not, one from the output of a function and other will the expected output.assertEqual
: This function checks if the output of a function whether it is a string/number/boolean value equal to the expected output.eqArrays
: This function is used for comparing two arrays whether the output/result which is an array is equal to the expected array.head
: This function will give 0th index of an input array.tail
: This function will give us the array of the input neglecting/except the 0th element of the input.middle
: This function will give us the middle element/elements of an array.
