Dad Jokes API

Dad Jokes is a simple tool for getting dad jokes. It returns a random dad joke.

This is a Javascript Wrapper for the Dad Jokes API

Installation

npm install @apiverve/dadjokes --save

Configuration

Before using the dadjokes API client, you have to setup your account and obtain your API Key.
You can get it by signing up at https://apiverve.com

You can find parameters, example responses, and status codes documented here.

Setup

var dadjokesAPI = require('@apiverve/dadjokes');
var api = new dadjokesAPI({
    api_key: [YOUR_API_KEY],
    secure: true //(Optional, defaults to true)
});

Perform Request

Using the API client, you can perform requests to the API.

Define Query

This API does not require a Query

Simple Request (using Callback)
