@biowc/pathwaygraph v0.1.9
biowc-pathwaygraph
biowc-pathwaygraph is a WebComponent for interactive visualization of signaling pathway diagrams.
In addition to rendering the genes, proteins and compounds within a pathway, PTM and expression data can be projected onto the diagram.
Our storybook contains an overview of the features of biowc-pathwaygraph. Here's how to run it:
1. Clone this repository
2. Install the dependencies: npm install
3. Start Storybook: npm run storybook
This webcomponent follows the open-wc recommendation.
Installation
npm i biowc-pathwaygraphUsage
Please check demo/index.html for a minimal working example.
Linting and formatting
To scan the project for linting and formatting errors, run
npm run lintTo automatically fix linting and formatting errors, run
