devcert-cli

I have modified this to fix some bugs that have not yet been fixed. Unmerged pull requests to set the CA to expire in 7000 days and to fix the NSS check on Mac have been merged to my own fork, and changed to be the new devcert dependency.

devcert disable DOMAIN

delete the cached certificate for a domain

USAGE
  $ devcert disable [DOMAIN]

devcert generate DOMAIN

generate an SSL/TLS private key and certificate for a domain

USAGE
  $ devcert generate [DOMAIN]

OPTIONS
  --skipCertutilInstall  don't attempt to install nss / certutil tooling (needed on some platforms to automate setup)
  --skipHostsFile        don't attempt to modify the /etc/hosts file to support custom domains
