Lotide

A mini clone of the Lodash library.

Purpose

BEWARE: This library was published for learning purposes. It is not intended for use in production-grade software.

This project was created and published by me as part of my learnings at Lighthouse Labs.

Usage

Install it:

npm install @chintumathew/lotide

Require it:

const _ = require('@chintumathew/lotide');

Call it:

const results = _.tail([1, 2, 3]) // => [2, 3]

Documentation

The following functions are currently implemented:

• function1(middle): returns middle element of array
• function2(tail): returns all elements except first element
• function3(head): returns first element of array
• function3(countLetters): returns the occurance of each letter in string
• function3(countOnly): count only if keyvalue is true
• function3(findKey): returns key based on condition on value
• function3(findKeyByValue): returns key if value equals satisfies condition
• function3(letterPositions): returns index value of each letter in string
• function3(map): returns first charc of every word in a sentence
• function3(takeUntil): return element of array until condition met

• function3(without): returns subset of a given array, removing unwanted elements
