Location plugin for converse.js

Overview

This plugin publishes and recieves the geographic location of the user to xmpp pubsub as specified in XEP-0080. It also posts the location to the active chat or groupchat as an out of band (oob) url and renders the url into a map using OpenStreetMap and leaflet.js.
