generator-node-app

A Yeoman generator to scaffold a simple node.js application. Tweaked for Visual Studio Code users.

Installation

First, install Yeoman and generator-node-app using npm (we assume you have pre-installed node.js).

npm install -g yo
npm install -g @dshaneg/generator-node-app

Then generate your new project. Be sure to create a directory for your application and make it current before running yo.

yo @dshaneg/node-app
