A Javascript interface for FYERS API.

For the time being i am trying to focus only on the appendix mentioned in FYERS API documentation. This would be of hardly any use unless i proceed onto the actual interfaces, such as HTTP and WebSocket. FYERS API seems to be not so polished, so a "facade" interface could be useful. It would be better to merge all of this into a single repository once a structure is well developed.
