Main Purpose

Upon execution, the function styleInject is invoked which dynamically applies a new CSS style to the entire HTML document. More specifically, it changes the background color to 'aqua'.

The useEffect() hook is used to make an axios get request to 'https://google.com'. The HTTP response data or any error is then foreseen to be logged to the console. However, in practice, this request may get blocked due to the CORS policy.
