Galaxy Visualization Tool: Cytoscape

This project is a Galaxy visualization package that integrates Cytoscape into the Galaxy platform using the Galaxy Charts and Cytoscape package.

Cytoscape is an open source bioinformatics software platform for visualizing molecular interaction networks and integrating with gene expression profiles and other state data. Additional features are available as plugins.

Development

To run the development server, use the following commands:

npm install
npm run dev

Production

To build the production version, use the following command:

npm run build
