Install wasm-pack

Currently we are using a fork of wasm-pack so we don't need to manually manage memory in JavaScript. You can install it via:

cargo install --git https://github.com/serprex/wasm-pack --rev 53a2c6d --force

Build with wasm-pack build

make build
