Disallow untested console output produced during tests

npm install --save-dev jest jest-fail-on-console-reporter

Replace the default reporter with jest-fail-on-console-reporter in jest.config.json:

"reporters": [
  "./node_modules/jest-fail-on-console-reporter"
]
