Lotide

A mini clone of the Lodash library.

Purpose

BEWARE: This library was published for learning purposes. It is not intended for use in production-grade software.

This project was created and published by me as part of my learnings at Lighthouse Labs.

Usage

Install it:

npm install @iamindika/lotide

Require it:

const _ = require('@iamindika/lotide');

Call it:

const results = _.tail([1, 2, 3]) // => [2, 3]

Documentation

The following functions are currently implemented:

• assertArraysEqual(arr1, arr2): asserts equality of two arrays
• assertEqual(val1, val2): asserts equality of two (non-object) values
• eqArrays(arr1, arr2): return equality of two arrays
• head(arr): returns the first element at the beginning of an array
• middle(arr): returns the middle value(s) of an array
• tail(arr): returns the all elements of an array except the first
