WHAT IT DOES

sets a command dpm if you run dpm init in a directory that doesn't have a docker-compose.yml, it will create a sensible defaults if run in a directory with a docker-compose.yml it will forward all commands to docker-compose run --rm app COMMAND except start which will run docker-compose up
