CLI to create a Vite's React app with a Remix routing

Execute npx @jose-andres/create-routing-react@latest your_project_name

It will generate a React project with Vite and Remix routing
The React variant is with TypeScript only
You can use npm, yarn or pnpm
The root component in /src/routing has an html/css layout that you can modify or delete. It was inspired by https://www.builder.io/blog/css-tips-for-better-web-development#layout with some custom modifications
