Lotide
A mini clone of the Lodash library.
Purpose
BEWARE: This library was published for learning purposes. It is not intended for use in production-grade software.
This project was created and published by me as part of my learnings at Lighthouse Labs.
Usage
Install it:
npm install @kgulka/lotide
Require it:
const _ = require('@kgulka/lotide');
Call it:
const results = _.tail([1, 2, 3]) // => [2, 3]
Documentation
The following functions are currently implemented:
head(arr)
: given an array it returns the first element.tail(arr)
: given an array it returns an array of the elements without the first element.middle(arr)
: given an array it returns the center element (odd length) or center two elements (even length).assertEqual(actual, expected)
: given actual and expected values this function prints success if they are strictly equal.assertArraysEqual(actual, expected)
: given actual and expected arrays this function prints success if they are strictly equal.eqArrays(arr1, arr2)
: given two arrays this fuction compares the elements in each to determine if the arrays are equal.
