This is a library package used by the catalyst system. See catalyst-server for more on catalyst. Unless you're coding catalyst builders, you probably don't need this package.

This package provides useful utility functions for gathering and verifying basic data, processing builder results (updating .catalyst-data.yaml and installing dependencies), and removing entries from .catalyst-data.yaml.
