Hubot Slack JIRA Linker
This plugin will try to automatically enrich things it thinks are JIRA tickets. It will probably work for you, unless your tickets don't use things like status, project and priority.
Don't forget to set HUBOT_JIRA_PATH and HUBOT_JIRA_AUTH!
