@lumeland/detective v5.2.2

This is a slightly modified version of the detective package to make it work on Deno.

Changes from the NPM version

• Modified package.json.
• Replaced acorn-node dependency with @lumeland/acorn-node.
• Removed bin and minimist dependency.
