Setup

See index.js for options.

If there is no options.html passed in, options.text or options.markdown will be converted.

If there is no options.text passed in, options.html will be converted.

Styles are inlined automatically. Extra CSS can be passed in as options.extraCss.

Code highlighting theme can be passed in as options.hightlightStyles.
