Lotide

A mini clone of the Lodash library.

Purpose

BEWARE: This library was published for learning purposes. It is not intended for use in production-grade software.

This project was created and published by me as part of my learnings at Lighthouse Labs.

Usage

Install it:

npm install @noidea22/lotide

Require it:

const _ = require('@noidea22/lotide');

Call it:

const results = _.tail([1, 2, 3]) // => [2, 3]

Documentation

The following functions are currently implemented:

• function Head(...): only gives back the first element of an array
• functionTail(...): only gives back every element but the first
• functionMiddle(...): return all the elements but the first and last one
• functioncountOnly(...): returns the amount of times an element appears
• functionletterPosition(...): tells us the position of all the letter in a string
• functionfindKeysByValue(...): finds a key by the name it is
• functioneqObjects(...): checks to see if objects are the same
• functioneqArrays(...): checks to see if arrays are the same
