Lotide

A mini clone of the Lodash library.

Purpose

BEWARE: This library was published for learning purposes. It is not intended for use in production-grade software.

This project was created and published by me as part of my learnings at Lighthouse Labs.

Usage

Install it:

npm install @mauty/lotide

Require it:

const _ = require('@mauty/lotide');

Call it:

const results = _.tail([1, 2, 3]) // => [2, 3]

The following functions are currently implemented:

• assertArraysEqual : are those arrays equal? you betcha
• assertEqual : is it equality or equity? kinda philosophical if you ask me
• countLetters : Counts letters
• countOnly : Counts only stuff you want
• findKey : finds keys
• findKeyByValue : finds by key value
• head : gets the start of a string
• letterPositions : positions some letters
• map : draws a funny map
• middle : is the sibling that everyone forgets about
• tail : that dog has a puffy one
• takeUntil : you don't want anything else
• without : opposite of with
