Signal Measurement Timer (SMT)

Overview

Signal Measurement Timer is a 24-bit counter with advanced clock and gating logic used for measuring various digital signal parameters such as pulse width, frequency and duty cycle, and the time difference between edges of two signals. It has multiple configurable Modes of Operation and can be set to interrupt on period match and acquisition complete.
