NOW-CHERRYPY

A expiriment to deploy cherrypy projects to now.sh v2. The package is cloned from the @now/python library. However, instead of starting a simple HTTP server the now_handler start the CherryPy thread. We do this by starting the actual CherryPy server and waiting for the server to come online.

All other services have stayed the same. This is just an expiriment to test out other python framework now that now.sh v2 is out.
