Token transfer addendum for Ethers.js library

The @neonevm/token-transfer-ethers library is an extension to @neonevm/token-transfer-core using ethers.js as an alternative to web3.js. This is where the provider, read contract methods, create, sign and send transactions are used from Ethers.js.
