Codecept Horizontal Scaler

Tools to scale e2e tests written using CodeceptJS horizontally. The goal is to drastically reduce runtime of a test suite by throwing more hardware (pods/ci jobs/VMs) at it. While Codecept itself is capable of scaling vertically, this approach has its limits if test suites get really large and are run in CI pipelines.
