Installation

Install TypeScript and the Pega config.

npm i -D typescript @pega/tsconfig

Setting up your config

Extend from the Pega configuration in your TypeScript configuration file.

Running TypeScript

Run TypeScript to compile and type-check your project.

npx tsc

VS Code integration

As long as you have a tsconfig.json file at the root of your workspace, VS Code will integrate with TypeScript automatically.
