What is this?

This is simply a fork of Klasa but patched for discord.js v12 and above along with the use of @klasa/settings-gateway. We do not provide support for this, but you are free to use it for your own projects. If this is used by many users, we may start maintaining and supporting this for future versions of discord.js.
