3. Provide the necessary details to create your own repository

This creates a new repository with all the things necessary for you to get started with creating your own new repository.

Things to modify

1. In the package.json file, change the name of the package to suit your library details
2. Under publishConfig, change the registry to suit your registry, leave it as is if you'd want to use github packages or change it to npm registry url if you're keen on using npm registry.
3. Change the details provided in the .npmrc file to match your repository details.
4. Change the details in the publish github workflow to suit your details
5. Create a personal access token and add it to your github secret with the label PA_TOKEN
