Usage

var filled4d = require( '@stdlib/array-base-filled4d' );

filled4d( value, shape )

Returns a filled four-dimensional nested array.

var out = filled4d( 0.0, [ 1, 1, 2, 3 ] );
// returns [ [ [ [ 0.0, 0.0, 0.0 ], [ 0.0, 0.0, 0.0 ] ] ] ]
