Usage

Returns a filled four-dimensional nested array.
var out = filled4d( 0.0, [ 1, 1, 2, 3 ] );
// returns [ [ [ [ 0.0, 0.0, 0.0 ], [ 0.0, 0.0, 0.0 ] ] ] ]
