Import the side effectful registration of <sp-tags> via:

import '@swc-uxp-wrappers/tags/sp-tags.js';

When looking to leverage the Tags base class as a type and/or for extension purposes, do so via:

import { Tags } from '@swc-uxp-wrappers/tags';
