Tilney buy modal vue component used on the factsheet pages and investment search pages

Add the buy modal url to your machines, 'hosts' file

# install dependencies
$ yarn

# serve the application
$ yarn dev

# run the unit tests and watch all test files being changed
$ yarn test:watch

# build for production
$ yarn build

# Checkout to the master branch
$ git checkout master

# Rebase develop branch onto master
$ git rebase develop

# Log in to npm - make sure you have access to https://www.npmjs.com/package/@tilney-group
npm login

# Publish to NPM directory
# Enter new version when prompted
$ yarn npm-publish

# Push changes to master
$ git push

# Make sure develop is synced with master
$ git checkout develop
